Mt Barker Strategic Plan

Assisting the District Council of Mount Barker to develop a new Strategic Plan, including designing a community consultation process and assisting with its implementation.

Review of Sustainable Landscapes project

Evaluation of effectiveness of first four years of this project, which is based in the Botanic Gardens and supported by different government and industry stakeholders. This was followed up with a strategic planning workshop, completion of a new strategic plan and assistance with developing an ongoing monitoring and reporting framework. Sustainable Focus was engaged to review the Strategic Plan again in 2010.

Northern Yorke Natural Resources Management Board Investment Strategy review

Evaluation of outcomes from the implementation of Investment Strategy projects in the Northern & Yorke Natural Resources Management Board region. Project managed by Epawe consultants.

Feasibility study for youth enterprise centre

Research and consultation to investigate the needs of young people (12-25) in the City of Tea Tree Gully, and recommendations on a preferred youth centre model. Further research into a detailed model, including governance and funding options.

Healthlink review

Evaluation of the Healthlink 1800 number intake and referral service at Gawler Community Health Service to determine overall performance and viability as a model and identify how the service can be improved.

Ageing well: a policy for 55's and over

Development of Older Person's Policy and Action Plan with Janet Gould & Associates for the City of Adelaide, including undertaking internal and external consultation as part of the policy development process.
