Facilitation and engagement
CitySwitch Green Office program
Provide program management services to Adelaide City Council to implement the CitySwitch program. CitySwitch is a national tenant energy management program which aims to gain commitment from office tenants to adopt regular energy efficiency ratings with a goal of reducing their overall greenhouse gas emissions.
'Dynamic NRM Community'
Sustainable Focus prepared a report for the South East NRM Board providing a snapshot of knowledge, skills and involvement in natural resources management in the region as well as recommendations to increase community involvement.
Eyre Peninsula Natural Resources Management Plan
Managing community engagement planning and delivery associated with the development of the NRM Plan for the region, in partnership with Epawe and PB. Sustainable Focus also had input into the strategic framework and State of Region report.

Recommended actions and priorities for internal and external communications.
Workshop facilitation
Sustainable Focus has facilitated many workshops on a range of issues, including:
- Mount Barker District Council - a series of workshops with key stakeholders and Elected Members on the development of a new Strategic Plan
- Sustainable Landscapes project, Botanic Gardens - stakeholder workshops to help develop a Project Plan
- Greening of Government Workshops: Five two-day participatory workshops to assist staff from the Department for Environment and Heritage drive the Greening of Government process within their work areas. Additional workshop for the Department of Premier and Cabinet
- Green Transport Plans: Conservation Council of South Australia
- Environmental Water Requirements for Southern Fleurieu Swamps: Department of Water, Land and Biodiversity Conservation
- State of Environment Reporting Indicators and Targets: Norwood, Payneham and St Peters Council
- Property Sector Agreement: Property Council of Australia and Department of Premier and Cabinet
- Increasing demand for a more sustainable built environment: Green Building and Design Conference
